Luxury developments in Singapore win prestigious awards

Keppel Corp’s Reflections at Keppel Bay, YTL Land’s Sandy Island and Far East Organization’s Novena Lifestyle and Medical Hub, have won Gold awards across various categories at the prestigious FIABCI Prix d’Excellence.

Designed by renowned architect Daniel Libeskind, Reflections at Keppel Bay won the Gold award under the high-rise residential category. It features six towers and 11 apartment blocks, housing 1,129 units, out of which 901 units have been sold.

YTL Land’s Sandy Island, the developer’s first luxury project in Sentosa Cove, was declared the Gold winner in the low-rise residential category. Sandy Island is designed by Claudio Silvestrin, another renowned architect, and comprises 18 waterfront villas with five bedrooms, a private yacht berth and European finishings in each property.

Far East Organization’s Novena Lifestyle and Medical Hub received the Gold award in the purpose built specialised project category. This is Far East’s eighth FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Award. The award ceremony was held at the FIABCI World Congress in Taichung, Taiwan on May 27.
